Simplicity Is The Best Way to Go!

 Why complicate life when you can made it easier just by keeping things simple.  

Let’s face it, in today’s hectic fast pace world everyone is looking for a way to made their lives more enjoyable.  

Here are 7 tips to “Living A Life Made Easy!”

      1. Give Thanks, Every Day, For The Gift of Life! RESULTS: It’ll make each heartbeat, and breath you take worthwhile.
      2. Start Your Day Off Right with Something Inspirational! For instance: Try reading a few pages from a good inspirational book (hint, hint,) or listening to one of your favorite inspirational CD’S.  RESULTS: It’ll Get You in A Good Mood.
      3. Delight Yourself with a splendid cup of stimulating herbal tea, or a nice cup of organic coffee. RESULTS: You’ll enjoy the effects of their great antioxidant body cleansing power.
      4.  Exercise For 10-15 minutes (short compact non-stop workouts) 6-7 days a week using a combination of cardio (running, dancing, boxing,) and isolated movements such has (weights, pilates, yoga, tone & stretch etc.) For example: Day 1. cardio/ Day 2. Weights ect.*The key is to stay consistent, and to never give up. RESULTS: Your energy will go up, up, up, and your weight will go down, down, down. HEY NOW!
      5.  Eat Smaller Food Portions (healthy stuff of course) like a handful this (nuts) or cup of that (blueberries, grapes etc.) RESULTS: Doing this will prevent your body from going into starvation mode, and best yet; you’ll speed up your metabolism which will cause you to burn fat. *The trick is to make sure you’re chowing on something every 4 to 5 hours. I know, I love it too:)

6. Have a few sips of water, just do it more frequently, like 2 OR 3 Swigs per hour. Then watch slowly as that liter dwindles down. RESULTS: You’ll have more energy; feel fuller, and experience a decrease in appetite hunger.

7. Find the time to take a good 15-20 min nap. That’s right; a short nap will do the body good.   RESULTS: It’ll rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Therefore you’ll awaken feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to take on the world. Now, that’s what Living A Life Made Simply is all about. Agree?

Give! Take! Return!

A Fast Pace World

In today’s fast pace world it’s so easy for people to find reasons, or excuses rather, for not exercising. What you might not know is there are millions of people who often go days, weeks, or sometimes months (hopefully that’s not you? Or is?) without doing any kind of exercise at all. Why is this? It’s because on any given day, hour, or minute, it’s common to hear excuses for not doing it such as, “I’m too tired, I have too much work to do, I don’t have time, I get home too late etc.”

However, you can be assured that people know they need to exercise. And if they don’t at some point their bodies will suffer the consequences like feeling sluggish and fatigue, experiencing a lack of focus and motivation; and high stress levels.

   A Little More Effort

 Yet here’s what they fail to realize. Our bodies are so good to us each and every day. Our heart also never stops beating, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and our brain never stops functioning, even when we sleep. All this activity happens just for us; so that we can live.

 Give It What It Needs

Now the question is if our body produces by providing for us what we need; then why can’t we make a little more effort to give it what it needs? What does it need? The great overall body enhancer called, “Exercise!” Here’s why! It helps to stimulate the brain, and strengthen the heart. Therefore as a result it will make us feel good. And there is no doubt; we all desire to feel good. See, this is what happens when you “Give Your Body What It Needs, It Returns The Favor!”

 It’s about “Top Performance.

 Here’s a fact. The “snooze you lose” concept might work for something’s, but it certainly does not apply when it comes to getting the proper rest you need. Here’s what I mean. The difference between 4 to 5, versus 7 to 8, hours of sleep makes a big different in how your body can achieve its top level of performance.

 The reason why is that “everything will change for the better” when you change your sleep pattern for the best.

 For instance: Why continue to live your life always tired, sluggish, and unfocused,  which is what happen when you get little (4  to 5 hours) sleep.

 When you can feel your best by getting (7 to 8 hours of sleep), and give your body the proper rest it deserves.

As a result: You’ll,

 *Feel refreshed,

*Be more alert,

*Think sharper,

*Have loads of expendable energy,

*Produce better productivity; and

*Give your metabolism a stimulating boost.

  Now don’t you want to say, “Yes, I Slept with this as an idea to make a difference in your life?”

Short Full Body Workouts is the key to getting fit.  New Research studies show that short 30 to 40 minutes full body workouts (with little to no breaks in between) 3 – 5 days a week (like dancing, boxing, swimming, weight lifting etc.) are highly effective.
