It’s For You to Decide.

Here’s what I mean. It’s important to know who you’re hanging around with, because they the company you keep will have a major impact on your life.

Here’s my groove theory on the situation, however, I gave it more of a poetic touch. Read ON!

 It’s about the company you keep; know that the right set of people, can be a real treat.

Make it a point to hang around with people who are genuine, caring, and have your best interest in mind.

But do try to avoid the influences of under achievers who are known to be, flaky, self-centered; and in many cases, not so kind.

So invest your time wisely; hang around with a few good quality folk.

People just like you who seek to have a bright future, and don’t consider life to be a joke.

Oh So Tasty & Sweet

Yeah, you can’t fool me; I know what you’re thinking. No, this isn’t about that. However, it’s about the wonderful and refreshing benefits you get from eating cherries the fruit.

In fact, did you know cherries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C in which help to fight against colds and certain diseases? They are also high in fiber and good for your joints (bones), plus delighting yourself by grabbing a handful makes for a deliciously sweet and satisfying treat.

So mate, what are you waiting for, they are currently in season and favorably at their best? I know because I’m eating some right now. Yum! Yum! You can be too, now, here’s what you do. Stop in at your local grocery store get a bag of them, rinse them, then POP THAT CHERRY “in your mouth one by one, or two.
