Which One Will Win The Battle For Your Happiness?

Dreams!

         Dread!

                 Driven!

Are You Living For The Money, or For What Makes You Happy?

Statics state that 80% of the population wake each day, or night, to then arrive at a job they hate. Yet it’s a fact that each year they continue to cling onto that same job. Why is this? Well, it’s obvious that the majority of these people are strictly doing it for the money. In fact, it’s been said that many have no passion for the work, and would rather be anywhere else than working on the job. Yet they stay there, unhappily, anyway. They do this simply because they say, “it pays the bills.”

* All jobs, no matter what the profession, are performed as a service to help someone else.

Now here’s my “Groove Theory” about the situation.

 FILL AVOID!

Sure, everyone knows that money is a necessity. It’s an essential component in our lives, because it can buy us the material things we need. However, it alone can’t buy you true happiness. Why not? It’s due to the fact that it can only fill a small void in your life. It can’t bring the kind of joy you feel when utilizing your life (talents,) in doing what you’ve been gifted to do.

GET THE CLUE!

Here’s the problem, “this is the successful money making clue that many people fail to realize.” They tend to overlook the fact we all have a unique talent; it’s something that no one else can do exactly like you. All jobs, no matter what the profession, are performed as a service to help someone else. So why not use that talent to be of service to someone else, and get paid for it?

I know, it sounds so simple doesn’t? Well, why aren’t more people doing it? Here’s why!

 SPARK UP YOUR DRIVE!

As you can see there is a battle going on, and it’s playing tug of war for your happiness! No wonder we’re at an all-time high that links us to some of the most tragic incidences of violence, depression, and suicide, ever. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true.

Why would I say this? I think it’s evident from the stats that millions of people are living their lives in daily dread. They are complacent, neutral, stuck, and have lost their drive to pursue their dreams. Why is this? It because they lack one major component; it is the key that will spark up their engines to drive themselves forward.

 WIN THE BATTLE

What is it? It’s COURAGE. So, if you one of millions who are living for money, and not for what makes you happy, it’s time for a change. What will it take? { Making the Slim & Trim Connection}

You don’t have to spend another year flipping through all those popular glam magazines drooling over all those beautiful bodies. Sure, there’s nothing wrong with fantasizing about having a set of ripping abs, a tight tosh, along with a nice pair of shapely arms & legs. However, it takes a wee bit more than just looking and wishing for what you see. Honey, you’ve got to Get Up & Groove if you want to “Shape Up & Shrink down What Ya Momma Gave Ya!”

Yes, You Can Chisel away 5,10, 15 or more pounds, it’s very do able, but here’s the problem, most people have the wrong approach. They have been lead to think the secret is spending endless amounts of money on the latest “so called” new and improved commercial products, such as Fat Blasting diet pills, Trendy Treadmills, the all in one Wii-Fit, and the new more targeted positioning ab rollers, butt & thigh master machines etc.

Have you ever noticed that most of the people who usually purchase these products end up getting the same results which is losing a few hundred, or more, dollars and they’re left with little to no outstanding advertised results? In fact, a mass majority of these folks end up back where they were before, or in some cases worse. Why? It’s because they’re overlooking one key component.

Don’t get me wrong, I believe you should make a personal investment in your health and physical well being. However, you should make sure that your hard earn dollars are spent on things that really work and give you lasting results. What missing?

The real truth is that in order to obtain your desired fitness goals you must have “The Right Mind Set.” You can’t change your body until you change the way you think about your body. Go For Positive, Never Negative. You should always think positive about yourself and your body. Did you know that your body is fueled by your thoughts and actions for instance, if you’re constantly saying, “I’m big, I’ve always been a big person, my whole family is big, so I guess I’m destined to always be big.” Well, guess what? If that’s what you’re thinking, “that you will be.” However, this is a mistake that far too many people make.

Instead focus on more flourishing Body Beautiful thoughts by saying, “I accept and appreciate my body right now no matter my size I am; I am thankful for it and its wonderful lively heart beat. Yet, I do see /visualize my self getting slimmer and trimmer by taking it one step at a time.  And I am now totally committed to taking active daily measures towards my desired new look.”

Note: If you’re always over weight in your thoughts and dreams, you’ll always have to fight those thoughts to stay healthy. Negative Thoughts will Only Bring About Negative Results.  And who wants that? So, Be Wise, Think Positive.

*Change Your Mind Set

Describe your ideal body image by writing it out. What Does It Look Like? Describe the parts that you want to improve on, and then your best liked features.

Writing this out will teach you things about yourself you never realized. You’ll begin to see that by focusing on what you like, as well as those features needing  improvement, how it’ll help you to truly create a realistic image(not a celebrity glam magazine image) that’s all your own. Once you change your thoughts and take physical action toward a healthier life style, you’ll slowly see your body image change as well as the self sabotaging words, ideas, and phrases that once held you back.

Then once you’ve adapted a more positive attitude towards your thoughts and body, you will most likely be encouraged and prepared to start creating a realistic working plan that’ll help your reach your fitness goals. So, let today be the perfect time to start taking steps in the right direction and begin working on the new and improved you. Who is now ready to Think It & Shrink It.
