Give It To Me Baby!

Sure, know that drinking soda will give you a quick burst of energy because it spikes up your blood sugar. But it’s only artificial energy, and therefore as a result it will drop quickly.

That’s why you start to feel tired, sleepy, and or sluggish, minutes later after you consume it. So I ask, “Seriously Soda! Do you really need it?”

Make the Switch

I say, “No, You don’t.”What’s a better option? Switching to what’s healthier and will provide you with longer lasting energy. What does? Its Good ole’ H20 (water) there’s nothing like good. It’s the great thirst quencher.

In fact, have you ever been so thirsty that all you could think about was getting you hands on a nice cool glass of refreshing water. Then when you did and started drinking it, you thought, this feels like a taste from heaven? Yes! You have? Me too! However, there are others times when you know you should be drinking more water, but you don’t because you get bored with the taste of it? Yes?

Well if so, let me tell you, those days of being bored drinking water might be over.
