 Millions of Americans face & fight depression on a daily bases only to find themselves running around in circles by having to rely on doctors prescribed medications for their healing and help. However, new research shows that drugs aren’t the only treatment, or in most cases the best treatment, it is actually doing very little for mild or moderate cases of depression.

It’s why many are singing a new tune saying, “Good Bye Depression; Hello Progression!” because there is a new found method working its magic and getting results. What is it?

It’s Physical Exercise. Here’s why.
