                         FITNESS PLAN!

Step 1,

1. Eat A Good Nutritious (Healthy) Breakfast.

I added this as the first thing on your active list because it will help you to start your day off right. Here’s why! Eating foods that provide healthy nutrients will instantly give you Brain power, as well as fuel your body with the energizing power it needs. Like what you’ll get by doing Step 2,

2. Eat More Often

Make it a good habit to eat something healthy and Nutritious every 4 or 5 hours like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains (which will help you stay revved up all day) plus provide your body with the daily fiber it needs. But don’t forget it’s important also to add in a little lean protein such as, a hand full of nuts, a cup of yogurt, or even munch on a few pieces of low fat Mozzarella cheese sticks, or squares. (These are All Good Breakfast Treats Too!) And they go well with helping you to do Step 3,

3. Drink More Water)

It’ll help keep your body hydrated, refreshed, and give you more energy in aiding you to do this, Step 4.

4. Stay Active. Here’s a fact. Most people think when it comes to exercising if they’re not working out at the gym or doing exercises that make them drip with sweat it’s not effective, which is not true. In fact, it’s a big misconception. Hey, don’t get me wrong. Yes! Doing cardio exercises like running, boxing, or dancing are all great ways to condition your heart.  However, it’s not the only way to burn calories and to get your blood flowing. There’s another very important statistically proven way that’s often over looked, that works as well.

What is it? It is doing task driven( in motion) activities such as cooking, cleaning, gardening,  fixing things/ or repairing, or simple activities like, taking the stairs instead of the elevator for short flights, or if you’re working a desk bound job, stand up while talking on the phone, and or if possible pace around instead of sitting down.

Now here’s the big shocker, research studies show that doing such things actually burn about 70% of daily calories. WOW! Now, Get to washing those left over dishes.

Give It To Me Baby!

Sure, know that drinking soda will give you a quick burst of energy because it spikes up your blood sugar. But it’s only artificial energy, and therefore as a result it will drop quickly.

That’s why you start to feel tired, sleepy, and or sluggish, minutes later after you consume it. So I ask, “Seriously Soda! Do you really need it?”

Make the Switch

I say, “No, You don’t.”What’s a better option? Switching to what’s healthier and will provide you with longer lasting energy. What does? Its Good ole’ H20 (water) there’s nothing like good. It’s the great thirst quencher.

In fact, have you ever been so thirsty that all you could think about was getting you hands on a nice cool glass of refreshing water. Then when you did and started drinking it, you thought, this feels like a taste from heaven? Yes! You have? Me too! However, there are others times when you know you should be drinking more water, but you don’t because you get bored with the taste of it? Yes?

Experience The Difference

Well if so, let me tell you, those days of being bored drinking water might be over.

Here’s Why!

In case if you haven’t checked lately. There are many new variations in the water production business, as well as many new twists that have enhanced its taste and likability.

  • For instance; if you are bored with just plain, filtered, or bottled water there are other alternatives to try. Like these, sparkling or mineral water. They are great alternatives that provide a more flavorful taste. Especially if you like having a little fizz, or need something with an extra kick.
  • Here’s what else you could do. You could also try flavoring your tap or bottled water with squeezed and or diced bits of lemon, lime, orange, or even add in a twinge of fruit juice.
  • You could also add in a few crushed ice cubes. It too could possibly be the right new addition you need that’ll make your drinking experience more fun.

More Importantly: Any or all of these variations could have you seriously sending soda on a search for a new home.

Do You Really Need It?

Are you like so many millions of Americans who are addicted to soda? Do you crave it morning, noon, and night, simply because it tastes so good? You do? Is that a yes? I knew it!

Are you like so many others too who keep hearing reports about all the sugar in soda? And how it’s one of the leading causes linked to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, but you go right on drinking it any way? Why? Because you really don’t beleive a thirty –two, or sixty four ounce liter of soda could really be that bad for you.  After all, isn’t it just a drink? Plus, it looks so harmless.

Well, if  you’re among this massive crowd of people, I ‘m hear to tell you, don’t let looks deceive you. There’s a wise old saying that goes, “what looks good isn’t always good for you.” Which is true, and drinking soda, even the diet kind is absolutely useless as well as can be a HUGE DANGER to your health. Why would I say this? Hmm, it’s because the facts speak for themselves.
What are the facts? Studies show.
·         Soda has zero nutritional substance or value.
·         It’s chemically induced to make your taste buds crave it.
·         Soda is mainly sugar. Yet what you may not realize is sugar also has no recommend daily value, or dietary reference (DRI). And this is so in any form either natural, or artificially sweetened. *Sugar is often used in many foods as fillers.
·         Reports say a sixteen ounce soft drink contains 52 grams of sugarwhich is equivalent to 16 teaspoons. Sure, it may not sound like a big deal to some people. But trust me; I think their mind set would change quickly if they had to physically eat sixteen teaspoons of sugar raw. Don’t you?
·         Now here’s the big shocker. Did you know that all sugar turns into fat? How does it happen? Check this out!
*Sugar Turns Into Excess Calories
*Those Calories Turn Into Fat
* That Fat Turns Into Pounds On Your Body.
So I ask, “Seriously Soda! Do You Really Need It?”
Is There A Better Option? I would say, “Yes, There Is!”
