She was very tall, striking, exotic, and when she stood up on the platform tower over everyone else. Yet it wasn’t difficult for her to do being that she was about `5 11` or so, and amazon like in statue. However it was interesting how she looked to be about fifty pounds overweight, and had wide set child baring hips that were readable from clear across the room.

And oh boy, did they speak to all who were engaged and desired to listen.

5 Things You Need to Be Clear About.

Here’s why!

*Clarity is a gift that keeps on giving and its development and growth comes only through practice. Here’s another food for thought:

Know that your subconscious mind’s duty is to create, and or bring to reality what thoughts you are clear about only.

No, you can’t trick or fool it because it knows your most dominate thoughts through your true feelings. So this is why if you really want it, You Must Be Clear About It!

Here are 5 things you must be clear about in order to have the glorious life you deserve.  However, please aware that they may not all happen at once.  It’s because they take work to achieve as well as little daily practice. Be patience, but do go forward. Here You Go!

Step 1. Be Clear About Who You Are!

*Know that if you’re not confident or sure about who are, well then, neither will anyone else be. 

Step 2. Be Clear About What You Want For Your Life!

*Know that, if not, you may attract the things you don’t want.

Step 3. Be Clear About What You Don’t Want!

*Know that this will ward off the things you don’t want.

Step 4. Be Clear About The Things That Matter, and What You Really Value!

*Know that this is where you focus and energy will go.

Step 5. Be clear about the kind of people you want in your life!

*Know that, if not, you will continue to open the gate and let the robbers in.

  EXTEND YOUR LIFE

 Breathing correctly can help you extend your life. It’s imperative that you make it a daily routine. Why? ‘It’s what will help you to perform at your best.

Now here’s what you do. Set aside a few minutes (2-5 or more) each day to practice your breathing exercises.

You should start the process by breathing in deeply, *slowly, and rhythmically, out through your nose and not the mouth.

The key is to make sure to Use Your Diaphragm and Not Your Chest muscles. Here’s why. Using the movement of the diaphragm during deep breathing exercises massages the stomach, small intestine, heart, liver and pancreas.

What else, if you take a few good deep breaths daily will it do for you? Like a said earlier, “A Few Good Breaths A Day, Will Keep the Doctor Away?”

However, if you want your skin to appear more vibrant and glisten with radiance try cutting down on greasy foods by replacing them with more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that nourish the skin with their rich vitamin content.  Sounds good? Wait! There’s more.
