Good Bye Depression; Hello Progression!”

 Millions of Americans face & fight depression on a daily bases only to find themselves running around in circles by having to rely on doctors prescribed medications for their healing and help. However, new research shows that drugs aren’t the only treatment, or in most cases the best treatment, it is actually doing very little for mild or moderate cases of depression.

It’s why many are singing a new tune saying, “Good Bye Depression; Hello Progression!” because there is a new found method working its magic and getting results. What is it?

It’s Physical Exercise. Here’s why. Depression and fear causes’ inactivity, its dormant and main focus is to keep your mind occupied on negativity thoughts like doubt, failure, your short comings, and or insecurities. Yet it is no match against movement a very power force and a total opposite, it awakens, it’s active and alive, refreshing and stimulating; it serves a purpose.

They shared results ranging from an improved quality of life, better memory, more flexibility, and overall higher energy levels.

 Many celebrities, who also battle depression resort to other disciplines like, stretching, yoga, and danceto help them relax; channel their stress and anxiety problems.

Still there is one more helpful component in the fight against this crisis. It’s a healthy diet, it’s imperative because eating certain foods will help replace the low levels of vitamin b folate found in most cases. And it can be obtained from eating more spinach, peas, navy beans, orange juice, and avocado. Hospital studies show that other elements like Vitamin supplements, vitamin d & fish oil tablets helped improved 69 percent of people’s mood who didn’t respond to~Prozac.

*Oatmeal and whole grain products also provide complex carbohydrates that help stimulate the serotonin, “a feel good mood enhancing substance.”

 So the good news is, many new researches show that exercise is one of the most effective alternatives to replacing Daily Drug usage that ‘s Improving Emotional Health and Boosting Self- Confidence, and soon you’ll hear millions more singing a new tune saying, “Good-Bye Depression; Hello Progression!”
