A USA Today article states that if Americans continue to pack on pounds, obesity will cost the USA about $344 billion in medical-related expenses by 2018, eating up about 21% of health-care spending, says the first analysis to estimate the future medical costs of excess weight. These calculations are based on the projection that by then 43% of American adults may be obese, which is roughly 30 or more pounds over a healthy weight. So if obesity continues to rise at the current rate know that it will cost you more than you imagined. Here’s why. Extra weight increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and many types of cancer, which can be prevented. In 7 Sexy Sensational

Easy Breezy STEPS!

 Step 1. Cushion For Comfort!

Let start with the shoes first. You can add a new refreshing touch to your shoes with foot cushion odor eaters, because they not only absorb odor, they provide a soft comfortable surface that’ll make your shoes and feet feel Fab.  Note: If you want an added bonus try lightly sprinkling the insides of your shoes with a little foot powder; it’ll work wonders.

Step 2. Soak The Blues Away!

Now here’s the sensational part. After a hard day’s work the best way to wind down is to do two things. First you want to start out by kicking those shoes off, and then soak those tired baby’s in a nice hot tub or bathing bowl.  Now for a nice yet sexy finishing touch here’s what you do next.   Apply slowly, and lovingly, a little foot cream or lotion. Oh, so sexy!  What’ll be the Results?

Step 3. Elevate with Ease!

Okay, now part two is to do this, Elevate Your Feet with Ease.  Like this: Lift your feet up in an inclined position either on a sturdy chair, or on a comfy sofa. Now for the big finish, Sit Back Relax and Enjoy Your Evening.

Step 4. Rub A Dub Dub! <Foot Massage>

I love giving and getting a good foot message, to me, it’s one of life’s more enjoyable pleasures. Here are a few options. You can either treat yourself with a monthly salon foot massage; manicure and pedicure included. Or if your funds are low, you can simply Do It Yourself.  Or you can have a loved one do it for you.  Here’s How.

Note: Start slowly using your thumbs and index finger, work on your toes first then move upwards through the middle of your foot and end at your heels.

 Step 5. Take A Stand!

If you experience numbness, or get that tingly pins and needle feeling from standing on your feet for long periods of time, try these two simple but sensational exercises.

Step 6. Circle of Life! <Foot Circle>

Hold on to a wall or another sturdy fixture, lift one foot off the floor but stay balanced on the other, extend the free leg out in front of you; lift the knee and circle the foot/ankle clock wise 8 times, then repeat it (circling) counter clock wise 8 time. Then switch to the other leg/ foot doing the same. The goal is to do 4 complete rep’s on both feet. What this will do is help to relieve foot tension as well as build better circulation.

Step 7. Flex & Get to The Point <Exercises> 

Position your body the same as the foot circle exercise holding on to the wall with one hand. The difference is when you lift your knee up slowly flex your foot towards your chest then stretch it to a point. The goal is to do 4 complete rep’s on both feet. What this too will relieve foot tension as well as build better circulation.

It’s all good, and the most importantly; it’s a great way to “Show Your FEET Some LOVE!” How Sexy Is That?

Thank Them!

When was the last time you thanked your feet for consistently doing such a wonderful job? Or even gave them a complimentary rub?  It’s true our hard working feet have a big job to fill, but unlike other body parts they rarely get the attention they deserve.

Here a fact.  Even though we rely on other mobile forms of transportation it’s imperative not to forget that our feet are of great value to us.  How so? After all is said and done, it’s our feet that get us to our final destination. However it’s a shame we often forget that, and all the other things they do for us. Our feet are incredible and show us mad love; especially after dealing with all the things we take them threw.

                                Keep Ticking!

For example: We walk on them, stand for long hours on them, run on them, soccer & football players kick with them, rock and mountain climbers bare weight on them, skiers leap over slopes  landing on them, dancers and Athletes jump on them. And the list goes on and on. Yet there is one thing we all know for sure, what is it?  It’s that, “our feet take a licking but they surely keep on ticking.”  Let’s be honest, you must admit that our feet are VERY faithful. Don’t you think? In fact, they can be more reliable than having to depend on other people sometime for getting the job done. They are truly a gift, a special gift that also keep us balanced.

Here’s another fact. Our feet are the first thing we stand on when we wake up & the last thing we tuck away when we go to sleep. Now wouldn’t you agree that after doing all this for us they deserve the best treatment possible?

                               Neglect, Why?

So why do we neglect them?  Yet we spend a great deal of time caring for other areas of our body. Such as, we brush our teeth, bath our bodies, shampoo & condition our hair, trim/manicure our nails, shave our face and body, get facials, back and body rubs etc. But we often forget that our tired and sometimes achy feet need proper care too. So, isn’t it time we make them a top priority? And as you know, all goods deeds are due their just rewards so that’s why it’s important to, “Show Your FEET Some LOVE!”  Let Me show You How!

Pass The OBESITY Please!

A recent article in USA Magazine printed some startling statistics. It said that by the year 2030 half, yes half, of the American population will be OBESE. Here’s another big shocker. It says these numbers will encompass, and affect, nearly every state in America. Wait! I’m not done yet.

Did you know we spend 150 to 200 billion, YES FOLKS BILLIONS, a year on obesity related medical treatments like heart disease, high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes etc? DOESN’T THAT SOUND INSANE?

But I’m sure you didn’t know that either, did you? How ever, now you do. So here’s my question. What are you going to do about it?

Will You Get Served?

Dads are men who possess a special touch, they are fun to talk to, play with, and often spoil you way too much

It’s a fact that Dads seem to always be busy and men on go. So let the true be told, they’re awesome and rather unique, as you already know.

They’re hard working people and good care providers who make sure their family is always happy, and never ends up divided.

Its true when a loving dad walks into a room, he puts your heart at ease.Because it’s comforting to know the bond between the two of you, makes each other feel well pleased.

A loving dad has a natural instinct and it’s Might Joe strong, but he also has a soft spot in his heart, that loves you whether you’re right or wrong.

Dads are like grizzly’s who fight their battles to the finish; especially if you threaten his little ones, be they just a few or many.

That’s why we pay homage to dad’s who love; we give honor to those still living, yet equally cherish those who are in heaven above.
