Short Full Body Workouts Are The Key

New Research studies show that short 30 to 40 minutes full body workouts (with little to no breaks in between) 3 – 5 days a week (like dancing, boxing, swimming, weight lifting etc) are highly effective ways to get your body in tip-top shape. Why is this. It’s because they work muscle groups in a simultaneous and productive fashion. Now here’s the even better news. Surprisingly, these short workouts are as well known to help your body burn calories, sometimes, for days after. Now doesn’t that sound like an ideal way to obtain your “Best Body Efficiency?”

Strive! Thrive! Provide!

Picture Perfect Perfection, It’s What Millions Thrive For But Is It The Best Way To Go?

Here’s A Sneak Peek Excerpt From Get Up & Groove! Step Into Greatness! Perform!

The Term, “at 2NDBest, Is Scary For A 1st Place Winner.”

It was evident that this didn’t matter to LDG. Why not? The reason was she was a perfectionist. She was the type that simply wouldn’t settle for second best. It’s true; she either went the full nine yards or not at all. I think that’s great. But what I also know is that being too much of a perfectionist has its down side if not handled correctly. Yes, it can work against you, if you don’t keep it in check. Here’s what I mean. Go here for more:

“Like I mentioned earlier it was time to start checking in my luggage.”

(Luggage Check #1 Stop looking for the quick fix and focus on the right “Weight Releasing puzzle” that works for me and my body!) Then after I read one of Joey’s inspiring quotes entitled, “ Say Away with Depression and Hello to Progression” I realized that feeling crazy, drained, and out of control were merely symptoms that I had lost my groove (Motivation, Stamina, and Control) now it was time for me to Get My Groove Back.

(Luggage Check #2 Self-love comes from within, so I am learning to see, accept, and love myself all over again) I am no longer living a fantasy life of “wishing” myself thin but,

Fired Up! Prepared! Ready to Go!

A Sneak Peek Excerpt From Get Up & Groove! Step Into Greatness! Perform!

Say Role Model!

Miss Teach, (well, this is what I’ll be calling her in slang of course) was always on her game. Especially when it came to getting the job done; her passion and commitment showed she was a lady about her business. You could tell because she was always fired up, prepared, and ready to get grooving.

Here’s another interesting thing, her ability to be who she was had a dramatic effect on many. It so reminds me of a great neo-soul singer named India- Arie, who sings a dynamic, uplifting, and self –awareness inspiring song called, “Just Do You!” from her album entitled “Songversation”. It’s a very bouncy and danceable song about the importance of always being who you are. Now, what’s great about it is I could see this song being played as Miss. Teach life’s sound track every time she walked into a room. As in my mind she was a “Bad Mama Jama,” a role model; a good source for our daily personal development.
