It all started during one of his performances when he heard someone in crowd spewing out firry negative comments about him. Then they began to follow it with silly and senseless gestures that mocked his every move.  Eli recalls this event oh so well, and had this to say.

He said, “I’m a survivor.”  “Sure, there’s no doubt I get nervous when I first step out on stage. I admit it’s not easy when you have a fear and anxiety problem to face your obstacles. I know I’m not perfect but I give each performance my all; I take what I do seriously. So no one has the right to call me a whip; or refer to me as a pop tart. Because once I get out there I fight through the mental pressure, and step up to the plate and deliver the goods.” Then he……  Oh, there is more. You won’t believe what he said next.
