Attempting to do what your body can is better than doing nothing at all. Here’s why. Doing what you can is a sure fire way of getting out of the slump of thinking you can’t.

It’s important you know this, using the slightest range of motion sends signals to your brain that there is movement ability; and it therefore translates it to your body to make it happen. So, “MOVE THAT BODY!”
